h) We will not allow any fowl language, Racist, Political, Provocative or any such language it deems unfit to be printed on any customisable products (i.e. Personal Messages). This includes referencing the brand OH MY GOSH IT'S VEGAN and making it appear as if we have personally wrote this message or indicating the message is from ourselves or our own personal beliefs. We reserve the right to complete the order leaving out any customised features which we feel to be unfit without consulting the customer.
7) Intellectual Property Rights
a) We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on the Website, and the material published on it including all software, design, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material and other copyrightable or otherwise legally protectable elements contained therein, and the selection, sequence, "look and feel" and arrangements. All such rights are reserved.
b) You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Website for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others to content posted on the Website.
c) You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Website must always be acknowledged.

8) Price & Payments
a) The price of our products will be as quoted on our website at all time. If at any time an incorrect price is quoted on our website we will rectify this as soon as possible. Persons who at such time have already purchased a product at the incorrect price will be charged the price applicable on the date of despatch of that product.
b) We can choose to change the price or delivery charge of our products at any time.
c) Ownership of all products ordered thereof will only pass on and be posted out once all payment including delivery charges has been received.
d) We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and refund you the full paid.
9) Delivery
a) Our products can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or other nations which we choose to at that time post too. We may choose to change countries which we accept orders from at any time.
b) We currently deliver our products to you by Royal Mail. Please note that delivery times within the UK are typically within 48 hours of the date of posting but this may vary due to stock availability, your delivery address and circumstances out with our control which may impact delivery by the Royal Mail. In the event that we deliver product to customers internationally delivery timescales to customers based within the European Union are typically between 10 – 15 days from the date of posting and for customers based in other territories delivery may take between 6 – 12 weeks of the date of posting.
c) We can choose to change our method of delivery at any time without prior notification.
d) We will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of our products. It is the responsibility of customers to report any lost products to the Royal Mail and us within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Failure to comply will result in no refund being made.
e) The risk of loss and title for our product pass to you from the time of delivery.
f) Should you change address it is your responsibility to update your address details by emailing us. You will be liable to pay for any product sent to the wrong address.
10) Cancellation

a) From the exact time of placing your order you have 24 hrs to make us aware of a cancellation. Once the product is posted out we cannot accept a return or cancellation for your order even if this is within your 24 hour cancellation period stated above. We cannot refund any orders once the product is posted out. Please read returns policy.
b) To cancel you order with us you must email us at heyfriend@ohmygoshitsvegan.com to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. If you product is yet to be posted out we will cancel you order and offer you a full refund to arrive in your account within 1-10 days.

11) Returns
a) We carefully select the items which we will however should you be dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact us by email via heyfriend@ohmygoshitsvegan.com
b) Subject to your right to cancel, goods cannot be returned to us.
12) OUR LIABILITY
a) Content, products and services provided in our products are provided by third parties and we may provide links to certain third party websites. We have little or no control over, and within reason are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third party products or websites. We therefore do not warrant, endorse or accept any liability or responsibility for any third party products, materials or websites, or for any other materials, products or services of third parties. Links to other websites are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access such websites at your own risk.
b) Whilst we may display images of products included in our products on the Website, these images are for illustrative purposes only. We will do what we reasonably can to make sure that the images are a fair representation of the products; however, we cannot guarantee this. You should also note that images of the products on the Website may not be representative of the actual size of the products.
c) We cannot guarantee that we will always have the specific stock required to match the specific product description on the website. We reserve the right to change the sweets types and weights of each sweet type by any means necessary as long as the customer receives the correct measurement of any sweet type.
d) We reserve the right to alter the products or any relative specifications at any time. In such circumstances we shall notify you as soon as practicable by email and will not process your Order until you have confirmed that you wish us to proceed.
e) We will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure of this website or our services or for any failure by us to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control.
f) Nothing in the Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
g) To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
