Customer Return Policy
OH MY GOSH IT'S VEGAN LTD products are classed as perishable goods and so once opened are non-returnable. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss our returns policy. If you need assistance with a faulty product please contact us.
It is within your statutory rights to return items within 14 days of receipt. If the item has been opened meaning our sweet bags have been ripped / torn or damaged in anyway then we cannot accept a return for this item. If our jars have been opened and the airtight seal / safety seal broken, then we cannot accept a return for this item. If there is no safety seal on the jar at time of receipt / purchase then we cannot accept a return for this item.
From the exact time of placing your order you have 24hrs to make us aware of a cancellation. Once the items have been dispatched we cannot refund any orders until the item is returned back to us.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for the cost of returning your items back to us.

Upon returning your items, please allow 72hrs for us to process your refund. Your refund will be refunded back to the original payment method used to make the order. Please allow 1-10 days for the funds to show in your statement. The amount refunded will depend on the condition of the goods returned back to us minus the paid postage fee. It is within our discretion to decide on the condition of the goods returned back to us. We cannot be held liable for goods damaged whilst being returned back to us. If goods are lost in transit on their way back to us, then we cannot be held liable for the lost goods.

If goods from your order are received damaged or faulty we may choose to either offer you with a refund OR replace the faulty goods free of charge. You have 24hours from the time of receiving your goods to make us aware of any faults with the goods received. We will ask for you to provide evidence of the damage or fault. If you make us aware of any faults after 24hours we may choose to not refund you or replace the faulty goods OR may choose to offer you a replacement if postage costs are covered by you the consumer. Any missing goods will be posted out within 1-2 working days of us agreeing to sending out replacement goods.
Faulty goods may include damaged, contaminated or missing goods . This excludes goods which come under or over weight by more than 20grams or broken and disfigured sweets. Due to the nature of the product, it is to be expected that broken or disfigured sweets may be present within our products.
Faulty or damaged goods cannot include the protective packaging which the goods come in with exception to the packaging which directly contains food items i.e. Jars, Biodegradable food bags, food packaging etc.

If goods are received late (10 working days from the due date) and are no longer required, we will accept a return but the customer will need to pay for the return postage. We cannot issue a refund until the item is returned. We cannot issue a refund for any items which have been opened.
Customer Postage Policy
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days but may vary due to increased demand. Some orders may face longer waiting periods if: They're large, stock is unavailable but due in stock shortly, custom order, staff sickness, forced lockdown and quarantine, natural disasters etc.

Orders made on non-working days (Weekends / bank holidays) will be dispatched on the next working day OR as described above.
Please note: We (OH MY GOSH IT'S VEGAN LTD) are not responsible for delays to postage outside of our control. All our goods are posted via a third party courier service(s) (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS) and we cannot be held responsible for goods received late because of the couriers own delays, faults, problems. Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic delays with postage may occur.

In case of failed delivery the customer must contact us to make us aware that the package has not been delivered. The courier may attempt delivery multiple times, leave in a safe location or leave at a local drop off point for collection. In the case couriers return the package back to us it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of re-postage (Please contact us in this case and we'll be happy to advise). UPS missed deliveries have a short time period where the package can be arranged to be re-delivered or left at a collection point to collect. You can arrange this via your UPS tracking and selecting Delivery Options and Signing up for UPS My Choice. If the customer does not wish to repay for another delivery attempt they may choose to cancel their order. Upon return of the goods by the courier to us we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage for all postage attempts.

Customers have 14 days from the estimated due to to make us aware of any orders which have not been received. Once this date has passed we cannot be held liable for any replacements or refunds.
Postage Options: Postage varies on weight (orders over 2KG will be charged a higher postal rate).
Royal Mail 48 - 2-3 working days (Current recommendation due to COVID-19 is 2-10 working days) - £1.99 - £2.99 (variable by weight).
UPS 1-2 working days (Current recommendation due to COVID-19 is 2-10 working days) - £4.99.

International Delivery - (We currently do not ship internationally).
All return postage must be paid for by you the customer.
Christmas Postage Policy
Royal Mail 48 - 2-5 working days - £1.99 - £2.99 (variable by weight).
UPS 1-2 working days - £4.99.

All our packages are posted via our third party couriers so we cannot be held responsible for delays and missed Christmas shipping.

We will be closed from the following dates 23rd December 2021 - 3rd January 2021. We will do our best to have orders fulfilled in between this time period however cannot guarantee orders will be posted out until the 4th January 2021. There may be a slight backlog after the 4th January 2021 so our standard fulfilment time period may extend from 1-2 working days to 3-5 working days to catch up on orders from over the Christmas period. We aim to be back to normal operations by the 10th January 2021.
